Just recently received my brand-new Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude!! The sales and delivery team at Lakehead Motors are always so fabulous to deal with!! Special thank you to Ella as my sales rep who is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, she knows her Jeeps!! Ella you have me sold on the colour white!:) Thank you Jordan as the delivery specialist who was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he explained all the features of my new vehicle!! Thank you also to Greg in finance who dealt with my partner!

I don't usually do this but I made a HUGE mistake in buying a used vehicle from these guys. I recently bought my vehicle from them and spent over $40k including the $8k 3 year warranty. 4 days later, on the first day I had to really put heat on the windshield suddenly a huge crack appeared, starting from the very bottom where it is black and would be very hard to notice. I had not done any highway driving or had anything noticeable hit it in the 4 days. I brought this up with them and was told it is wear and tear and not there responsibility. Apparently there is a 0% chance that there mechanics could miss anything or make a mistake but if you look at other reviews on places like Yelp that really is not the case. I now have to pay for a new windshield because they do not believe they make mistakes or understand customer service. When you buy a vehicle from them you get this email from Rocco there manager talking about about there "amazing" customer service. Well I sent him an email 2 weeks ago and still have no response so clearly we have very different ideas of what customer service actually is. Everyone I am talking to now tells me they don't go there anymore because of the service after you buy. This was a very odd way to do business. For the few hundred it would have cost them tho take care of it (out of the over $40k I gave them) they could have had a happy customer who would suggest them. Now I just feel like I got fleeced and will tell everyone I can to avoid them.

I honestly couldn't recommend Jordan L enough - he made the entire selection and purchase process completely painless! Any and all questions and concerns I had both during and after my vehicle purchase were taken care of immediately, and with the utmost care and consideration to ensure I left 100% satisfied with my new vehicle. We have been buying our vehicles from Lakehead motors (‘10 Ram, ’17 Jeep, ‘20 Jeep, ‘22 Ram) as a family and have referred many people. Dropping my 22 Ram for warranty service, and must drop it off after hours as I work during the day. During my 5 minutes dropping off my truck in the evening, we were harassed by Lakehead motors virtual security, threatening to call the police on us for trespassing. While I understand theft protection, the security service threatening customers with calling the police for an after hour vehicle drop off is unacceptable. Lakehead motors must review their security practices so customers aren’t harassed by the threat of police being called while dropping off their vehicle for service. This is further indicative of Lakehead motors overall approach to service after you buy your vehicle from them.
